Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy helps us provide reliable service while respecting both our clients' time and our team's schedule.

1. Appointment Confirmation
Once your appointment has been confirmed, we reserve that time exclusively for your home or business. If you need to make changes, please let us know as soon as possible.
2. Cancellation Notice
We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Providing advance notice allows us to offer the appointment to another client.
3. Rescheduling
We are happy to reschedule appointments whenever possible. Requests made with at least 24 hours' notice are generally accommodated based on our availability.
4. Late Cancellations
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or loss of any required deposit.
5. No-Show Appointments
If our team arrives at the scheduled location and is unable to access the property or the client is unavailable, the appointment may be considered a no-show and cancellation fees may apply.
6. Deposits
Certain services may require a deposit to reserve your appointment. Deposits may be non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment unless otherwise agreed.
7. Arrival Delays
While we always strive to arrive on time, traffic, weather, previous appointments, or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible.
8. Severe Weather
During severe weather conditions, appointments may need to be rescheduled for the safety of both our clients and our team.
9. Emergencies
We understand emergencies happen. If you experience an unexpected emergency, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work together to find the best solution.
